Despite the technology or cloud stack used in a modern-day ICT project, all work of all teams participating in the project should come together at the end of the day.
As a ‘Master Methodologist‘, I help select and build enterprise- or program-level workflow models. As an Agile Coach (or Scrum Master), I help Teams to get effective with the model chosen and tools customized for it.
My expertise is based on my experiences in several large ICT organizations. Often, current projects (such as the ERP program in the example) use a hybrid methodology, which at the program level includes a planning phase, but at the team level, we go with an agile model.
As Work Management Tool admin, I am focused on customizing and managing these two mainstream work management suites: Atlassian Jira & Confluence, and Azure DevOps Boards.
Example: A Dynamics 365 ERP project of 150 people in 2022 - 2024, I coached the client to adapt the "Microsoft Conference Room Pilot" method to suit the client's project organization. Furthermore, I configured Atlassian Jira acording to the method, and documented the way of working in the Confluence wiki (What, Who, When and How), and then trained the teams for it.
For the Project Management Office work, alongside the Jira and AzureDevops, I often use AI tools ChatGPT and Gopilot, and traditional Excel with pivoting and VBA scripting.
